Old Wisdom. Thoughtful Methods. Goodness For Today.

Why Ancient Methods?

At Renew Goodness, we preserve time-tested food processing methods and combine them with modern hygiene and careful in-house production. From wood-pressed oils and Vedic Chakki flours to stone-pounded spices and wellness products, every process is designed to stay closer to nature.

Ancient Wisdom, Modern Hygiene

We preserve time-tested food processing methods while using modern hygiene, clean equipment, and careful in-house production. The process stays traditional in principle, but thoughtful and controlled in execution.

Why Wood-Pressed Oils?

Wood-pressed oils are extracted slowly using a traditional wooden ghani process. At Renew Goodness, our wood-press machine runs at approximately 14 RPM, allowing oil to be extracted gently at room temperature. This slow process helps preserve the oil’s natural aroma, taste, and character without relying on high-speed refining methods.

Why Vedic Chakki Atta?

For generations, grains were ground slowly between natural stones. The purpose was simple — turn whole grains into flour without excessive processing. At Renew Goodness, our Vedic Chakki operates at approximately 50–55 RPM and uses natural stone grinding. Slow grinding helps reduce excessive heat generation and allows the grain to retain more of its natural taste, aroma and character.

Why Stone-Pounded Spices?

Spices are naturally rich in aromatic compounds and essential oils. Traditionally, they were crushed and pounded rather than aggressively ground at very high speeds. At Renew Goodness, we use a natural stone Okhal and wooden Musal to prepare selected spices through slow pounding. Instead of depending only on fast machine grinding, spices are gently crushed and pounded to help retain their natural aroma, flavour and characteristic oils.

Traditional Preparation of Wellness Products

Our traditional processing philosophy extends beyond everyday kitchen ingredients. Selected wellness ingredients such as Triphala, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Safed Musli and Kaunch Beej are also prepared using slow, careful processing methods. The goal is simple — avoid unnecessary processing and keep the ingredient as close to its natural form as practical.

Ayurveda-Inspired Philosophy

Ayurveda has long placed importance on the quality of ingredients, the way food and herbs are prepared, and the relationship between diet and everyday wellbeing. At Renew Goodness, we take inspiration from this traditional philosophy while following modern standards of hygiene and careful production.

One Place. Complete Control.

One of the most important things about Renew Goodness is that our core production activities happen under one roof at our manufacturing unit in Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. From careful raw-material selection and processing to settling, grinding, pounding, packing and final preparation, we maintain close involvement throughout the process.

Inspired by the Past. Prepared for Today.

Ancient methods were not built around speed. They were built around patience, simplicity and respect for ingredients. We do not believe that everything old should remain unchanged. Instead, we preserve the principles that still make sense and combine them with cleaner equipment, better hygiene and controlled production.

Experience the Difference

At Renew Goodness, tradition is not just part of our story. It is part of our process. From slow wood pressing and natural filtration to stone grinding and traditional pounding, every method reflects our belief that good food deserves thoughtful preparation.
