1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged
Product has a manufacturing defect
Wrong product has been delivered
To be eligible:
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or opened products
Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your Order ID and issue details
Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
Once approved:
We will arrange a free doorstep pickup (if available)
4. Reverse Pickup & Self Shipping
In most cases, we provide free pickup for eligible returns
If pickup is not available in your area:
You may ship the product using a reliable courier with tracking
Please note:
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during self-shipping
Shipping cost reimbursement (if any) will be at our discretion
5. Replacement Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
A replacement will be shipped within 5 working days
No extra shipping charges will be applied for replacements
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
Product is lost in transit
Replacement is not available
Refund details:
Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days after approval
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
7. Important Notes
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
