My name is Jaskaran Singh, and I come from Muktsar, Punjab, India.
Since childhood, I have been closely connected to farming and natural living. I used to visit farms with my family, where I saw how food was grown and how people lived healthier lives with simple, natural diets.
As modernization increased, people slowly shifted towards packaged foods and refined oils, heavily influenced by advertising. Along with this shift, health problems also started increasing.
I always believed in what my mother used to say:
“Our kitchen is our first hospital.”
If we understand what to eat, when to eat, and how to eat, we can avoid many health problems.

During the COVID pandemic, when everything was shut down, people started becoming more aware of what they consume.
During that time, I personally helped three COVID patients recover using only natural kitchen-based remedies, without relying on allopathic medicines.
This experience strengthened my belief — the real power of health lies in our kitchen.
