1. Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping to most pin codes across India.

Currently, international shipping is not available through the website. For international orders, please contact us via email at care@renewgoodness.com.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

  • Orders are usually shipped the next working day, provided:

    • Payment is successfully received

    • Stock availability is confirmed

    • Security checks are completed

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • During peak periods (festivals, sales, holidays), there may be slight delays in processing and shipping.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and pin code.

  • A suitable courier partner will be assigned based on your delivery location.

In case of any delay:

  • We will inform you in advance

  • You may choose to:

    • Wait for delayed shipment, OR

    • Approve partial shipment (if applicable)


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive tracking details via Email and/or SMS

5. Lost Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit, you will receive a full refund

  • A shipment will be considered lost if it is not delivered within 30 days from the expected delivery date

This period may be extended in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural events or logistics disruptions.


6. Returns & Reverse Shipping

  • For returns due to:

    • Transit damage

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Wrong product delivered

We will arrange a free doorstep pickup through our logistics partner.

Important Instructions:

  • The product must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit

  • A shipping label (provided by us) must be printed and attached to the package


7. Self-Shipping Returns (If Pickup Not Available)

In rare cases where pickup cannot be arranged:

  • You may ship the product via a reputed courier service with tracking

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during self-shipping

  • Refund of shipping charges will be at our discretion and communicated in advance


8. Replacement & Refund

  • Once we receive the returned product:

    • Replacement will be dispatched within 5 working days

  • If we are unable to ship a replacement within this time:

    • A full refund will be issued

  • No extra shipping charges will be applied for replacement products

⚠️ Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
